Webinar training, tailored to your role

INRstar training is delivered through webinars in a modular format, so your team can join sessions flexibly and progress at their own pace, with no need to complete the training in one sitting. Webinars come in introductory and refresher formats, and on completion participants receive a certificate showing the course type and level achieved, which counts towards CPD hours.

Clinical Level 1

For healthcare assistants, phlebotomists and pharmacy technicians — whether you're new to INRstar or refreshing your competence. The programme covers:

Who is INRstar for?

INRstar is used by NHS GP practices, hospital anticoagulation clinics, community pharmacies and self-testing patients. It supports clinicians, nurses, commissioners and patients across the entire anticoagulation care pathway.

Is INRstar a regulated medical device?

Yes. INRstar is a UKCA and CE-marked medical device, registered with the MHRA. inVita intelligence is an ISO 13485 certified medical device manufacturer.

How many computers and users can use INRstar?

There is no cap or cost on the number of computers INRstar can be installed on, or the number of users accessing the system, so you can roll it out across your service without per-device or per-seat charges.

Can we manage user access and permissions?

Yes. User account permissions are managed at the discretion of each individual service, so access levels can be configured and updated as required to suit your operational needs.

Do we need our own servers, and where is patient data stored?

No internal server infrastructure is required. Patient data is securely hosted by inVita intelligence via the NHS Health and Social Care Network (HSCN), removing the need for local servers and reducing associated IT management and maintenance costs.

Is INRstar easy to use?

INRstar has an intuitive, user-friendly interface, supported by a comprehensive online help resource that includes FAQs and step-by-step guidance.

What support is included?

A dedicated support team is available by phone or email, included as part of the standard licence fee.
